A Message For Our Customers
As the world unites to confront an unprecedented issue which has altered the way we live and connect with one another, we at Rodini Park, Hash and Conference Room will continue to pray for all who have been and will be affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
We at Rodini Park, Hash and Conference Room believe it is our responsibility during this time, and due to (COVID-19) and any other novel illness that may present itself at some later time, for as long as we remain in the service business to prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and partners while also supporting health officials and government leaders as they work to contain this virus.
With these in mind, and as we receive the latest information from the CDC and WHO, we will continue to make moment-to-moment decisions guided by our mission and values.
As such, we would like to provide an update on the actions we are taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our family of customers, partners, employees and our communities.
Over the last few days we have taken a series of preventive steps which include increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures for our stores. In the next few weeks as supplies become available, you will see sanitizing stations upon entry to our stores for our customers. We are also preparing our stores to respond quickly to any new developments. In regards to our catering orders, we will wrap and box items and meals individually in order to minimize handling for large group orders.
Please bare with us if your experience at any of our eateries looks different as we get through this time together. This means that as we navigate through this unparalleled time store-by-store, we may change your experience by limiting seating to enable social distancing, authorize pick-up or delivery only scenarios through our partners which are posted on our website.
As a last resort, we may change our operating hours at any of our stores or close a store if it is in the best interest of our customers, employees and partners, or if we are directed to do so by government authorities. In any such situation, we expect store disruption to be temporary.
We want to thank you for supporting our eateries. Thank you for being a loyal customer. We feel privileged to serve you and our community and look forward to seeing you soon.
If the past is any indication of the future, there will be a silver lining at the end of all this as times of trials and tribulations tend to enhance the human spirit, forge deeper bonds between individuals and communities and unite humankind as we look toward the future.
Yours truly,
Peter Georges
