The Conference Room Officially Opens

Playa Vista will soon be home to The Conference Room, the first full-service restaurant by the Founders of Big Fat Pita, Rodini Park, and Hash Restaurant.

 

“Chef Miguel Aliaga and his team have created a haven for professionals and food lovers alike to enjoy a relaxing lunch break or celebratory ‘I made it through another work day’ dinner,” a spokesperson in an email Tuesday told What Now Los Angeles.

When Peter Georges — whose HASH and Rodini Park have become gastro go-tos in Playa Vista — was planning his third restaurant in the area, he didn’t have to look far. His newest venture, The Conference Room, isn’t just adjacent to Rodini Park on Bluff Creek Drive, it’s actually part of the same space.

New Playa Vista spot Conference Room opens its doors

A new gastropub and New American spot has debuted in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to Playa Vista, called Conference Room, is located at 12181 Bluff Creek Drive.

Conference Room serves up a variety of New American dishes, with menu items ranging from falafel-crusted salmon to fried chicken and waffles to spaghetti with lobster bisque. View the menu here.
